Between 2004 and 2009 he was Chief Operations Officer of Infosistema, post responsible for the internal Financial and Administrative areas, Human Resources, Quality and Professional Services and dynamization of projects and resources in the diverse market segments of the Finance, Industry and Services, Telecommunications and Media and Public Administration.
Since 2002, he has worked as a business and technology consultant and as project manager, covering all activities involved in defining, planning, management and coordination, control and closure.
He began his professional career in 2000 as a consultant in the area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Service & Support.
He graduated in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, in Instituto Superior Técnico. He did training in the Quality area, including ISO9001:2000 and Six Sigma, is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer by Microsoft Corporation and is certified in Project Management (PMP – Project Management Professional) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and in ITIL v3.
