Jorge Pereira CEO of Infosistema was a speaker in the 9th edition of CISTI (Iberian Convention of Information Systems), where he has presented the CRUDi Framework. This case study is about investment decisions related to Information Systems and explores the variables needed to assure the alignment between the organizational strategy and organizational objectives. This framework was applied to an insurance company, enabling good results and improving the decision making processes and the organizational alignment. The Conference took place between the 18th and the 21th of June in Barcelona, with a vast audience of Portuguese and Spanish professionals.
